Guillaume Josse is a geographer - urban planner, project manager at Group e Huit, a consultancy firm specialising in urban projects in southern countries. He has worked at the French Development Agency (AFD) as a project manager as well as on the Essonne General Council.
He is also Scientific Director of Wexity, a start-up developing the first digital city management platform, designed primarily for cities in the South.
has been working for nearly 20 years on the issue of developing cities, both in Africa (Mali, Burkina Faso, Togo, Benin, Nigeria, Kenya, Senegal, Burundi, Madagascar, Cape Verde, Mozambique, Djibouti, Chad, Niger, Ivory Coast...) and in Asia (Sri Lanka, Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia) or Latin America (Haiti, Dominican Republic, Suriname). Today, he specializes in the management of urban projects and programmes to improve urban management in developing cities.
